FLU VACCINATION & NCMP VISIT

We are writing to confirm arrangements for the delivery of the school‑Aged Flu Immunisation Programme and the National Child Measurement Programme (NCMP) during the Autumn Term 2026.

Our service will be attending your school to offer flu vaccinations to all pupils from Reception to Year 11 (date of birth range: 01/09/2010 - 31/08/2022)

In addition, height and weight measurements will be undertaken for children in Reception and Year 6 as part of the NCMP during the same visit.

Please note that the Autumn Term delivery programme involves complex logistical planning with limited flexibility. As such, the proposed visit date(s) have been scheduled to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant delivery, and we expect these to be accommodated by the school.

• Arrival time: 9:00am
• Session start time: 9:30am

We require written confirmation as soon as possible that the above date(s) are agreed and have been added to your school calendar.
